2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account on ba991, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ba991 is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with ba991 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not accessing ba991 from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is expressly illegal under applicable local law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ba991 account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where ba991 identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses applied to those accounts will be cancelled, and funds may be withheld pending investigation. The original verified account may be reinstated at ba991's discretion following a formal review.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. ba991 relies on this information for KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and retention of funds pending investigation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba991 login credentials. ba991 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify ba991 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. ba991 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

ba991 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP) on your account, available via Account Settings. Players who activate two-factor authentication receive an additional layer of protection against brute-force login attempts.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

ba991 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, and other events relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, fully KYC-verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Real-money balance is wagered before bonus funds unless the player actively chooses otherwise via Account Settings.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds before wagering requirements are met are classified as bonus winnings and are subject to the same wagering requirements.

• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit, or any other method ba991 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — will result in cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) specify the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms at the point of offer. Unless stated otherwise, the following default conditions apply:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Zero-contribution games are listed in the specific bonus terms.
• Maximum bet per spin or round while bonus funds are active is ৳2,000, unless specific bonus terms set a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4.3 Free Spins

Free spin awards are valid on the designated game(s) specified in the promotion. Free spins have a fixed value per spin. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement. Free spins not used within the stated validity period will expire without replacement.

All content on the ba991 platform — including but not limited to the ba991 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game interfaces, text, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ba991 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ba991's platform and content solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any ba991 content without express written permission.
• Using ba991's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, including affiliate marketing, without a formal written agreement with ba991.
• Creating derivative works based on ba991's software, design, or content.
• Using any automated tool to extract, scrape, or index ba991 content.

Game content on ba991 is licensed from third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studios. ba991 holds valid software licences for all game content displayed on the platform.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their ba991 account at any time by contacting live chat support or emailing [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure request, ba991 will confirm the player's identity, ensure all pending withdrawal requests are processed, and apply any active self-exclusion measures if the closure is requested on responsible gaming grounds. 8.2 Closure by ba991

ba991 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Account being identified as a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account closure or fund retention.
• Reasonable determination by ba991 that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by ba991 due to a breach of these Terms, ba991 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Withheld funds may be permanently forfeited where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or bonus abuse.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

Players who wish to dispute an account closure decision, a withheld withdrawal, or any other decision made by ba991 must submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed decision. ba991 will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and issue a final determination within 28 days of acknowledgement. ba991's dispute resolution process is the required first step before any external escalation.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players agree that any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to ba991's operating entity. ba991 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction, and players access the platform at their own legal risk.

8.5 Amendments to These Terms

ba991 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ba991 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-site notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of ba991 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease use of the platform and may request voluntary account closure before the amendment's effective date.
